I like my physician. When I moved from New Jersey to Massachusetts it took me months to find a primary. Once I found one it was almost a year before I got in for an appointment. Luckily my wait was worth it. My Dr. is smart, kind and responsive. I went earlier today for my annual and learned two things......1) it is better to be overweight and active than skinny and inactive. 2) I am doing pretty well for my age. Check, check. Have a good evening.

What you learned is something I have known going to appointments with my mom, who sadly, is too skinny and inactive. And she's lost about nine pounds since the beginning of November. It's scary how thin she is. I'll take my extra weight and activity level any day of the week over having a too thin issue.
