Doubtful that any of these three features for choosing a Realtor to sell your home will be on your list.
1 Attitude. Having a complaining, whining, frowning, miserable person to spend time with off and on for a few months, is not the most exciting thing in the world.
Especially when you are paying them money.
2 Belief. When a person believes, in themselves, in the future, and smiles often, they are more pleasing to be around.
I know also from my believing I can sell a home for more money, in less times than most real estate agents.
Also engage with my client and build their confidence that the process will come to fruition to their satisfaction.
3 Commitment. Someone who has dedication, loyalty, attention to details will give you a sense of relief and knowing that you can rely 100% that the task will be handled no matter what issues come up.
The best way to detect these features in an agent, is to listen, and watch them closely during that all-important interview, and take notes!
This way after they have left, you and your spouse can review the notes to assure you are making the right decision.
