Now that the good times are over we are stuck with not only a busted bubble but the reminisce of cycles. what goes up must come down. we are down. I am starting to see some positive changes in the dc metro area. I do think it has to do in part to the seasonal changes that occur in real estate. Hopefully its light at the end of the tunnel. Anyone seeing changes?
