Currently, I have a hosts of websites for my real estate company Lucky Star Realty: www.luckystarrealestate.com   www.thavisaksyphanthonghomes.com     www.luckystarrealty.net   and so on..I have so many because I want my clients; home buyers and sellers, to be able to find me and be able to visit a real estate website that has the important features and attributes that they need.  I would like to be able to do this with just one main website so if you have any suggestions, feel free to comment.

Thank you

I used Advanced Access and am very successful with it.  It offers buyer and sellers reports, tips, community info, demographics, etc.  You can connect it directly to your MLS, add your own listings.  We love it!  You can customize just about any way you want.  You should check it out.  www.advancedaccess.com.  If you want an example of an advanced access site, you can check ours out.  www.muldowneyteam.com

I use Z57 Internet Solutions, based in San Diego.  I am been very happy with them.

Wow! Thanks for the comments and suggestions so far.  I guess the best thing to do is to have a company website with features that buyers and sellers can use and to link it all to google so that the site is easier to find.

I use alamode for originators. They have a good agent site also. Even the free version seems to offer a good bit of functionality.

The techical and customer service support is very good and 24/7.

I preach the gospel of Z57.  Other sites can be prettier (tho I've done well on mine I think www.realtyworldwichita.com).  To me, a site needs to generate traffic, and then capture leads.  Z57 is the only site I interviewed that opened up the conversations with lead capture..
