Thess items are all real and PRODUCEABLE not pie in the sky like you hear from many people. We have done our due dilligence on them.
We are willing to pay a referral fee to any LICENCED Realtors. We cannot pay commisions to 'Consultants'.
Bank owned property generally means low low prices. Talk to me if you think we can make some money together.

I work with a group that is actively pursuing disressed real estate and have made offers on bank owned property but it has been my experence that the bid/ask spread is still to far apart and the banks have not come to reality yet . In my opinion land prices are continuing to fall but I believe in land for good locations and have several interested parties looking around the state for good opportunties. I would be interested in discussing the larger parcels that you have listed.
