Supply continues to struggle to keep up with demand in Kingstowne. January experienced strong sales with buyers seeing very little if any negotiation. Median sale price increased from December while the number of homes sold and closed decreased.

Excellent report, Amanda. I keep hearing agents say we are in a buyer's market because sales are down and they are just so wrong. Sales are down because of lack of inventory, especially affordable inventory. When you have less than two months of inventory you are no where near being in a buyer's market.
