  • Recently there was a Newscast on Channel 13 about what a seller does or doesn't have to disclose-and the primary issue they reported, was of a, We will call them the "Nasty Neighbor"...if a Seller must disclose that they have a Neighbor that using profanity often and loudly, plays basketball at Midnight or has constant parties with no consideration of their neighbors.

YES this must be disclosed! It is called Public Nuisance and is a violation of YOUR right to quiet, peaceful enjoyment in your space.

This is something that could affect the value of your home.
