AGhhhh my camera died!

By
Real Estate Agent with eXp Realty

I was all prepared for my busy day.... so I thought. As I am taking photos of a new listing my camera tells me I have exhausted the battery! I only had a few more shots to take of course they were the kitchen, Master bath and living room.   I check my back up batteries and they are dead too!

Alas, my daughter took my camera to the parade and I have around 80 photos of clowns and floats!

Feeling a little like this photo at the moment, I move on and smile.

I will reschedule, thinking to myself things don't always go according to plan...

This is so true......I swear it has happened to just anyone we meet in real estate.  My daughter (31 years ) came over and "borrowed" my small digital used for inside shots.   So, I go out to shoot a few rooms on a upcoming listing then get back and insert the memory card. I have a few of my shots show up and a whole bunch of "friends" of my daughter taken at a club where she was the evening DJ.  More info then I really want to know.....Better to have clowns and animals any day.

I hate running out of power. I purchased one of those ac/dc coverters at Radio Shack for 30 bucks.  now I can plug anything in anywhere and get juice!

Katharine, I had a closing last week and on the way home a rainbow came out.  I live down the street from my clients new home and my camera was dead.  Really dead. I know the feeling because I had just taken 20 pictures of downtown Clarksville.

I have a Nikon 35mm Digital SLR with two batteries. I have a charger that stays in my car for the second battery. It stinks when you are several miles away.....been there....done that.

Robert, I have backups now and hopefully it won't happen again! Even though this happened my listing has interested parties! It has been showing very well.
