And God knows, when we are waiting to seal the deal and we know we have done everything there is to be done to negotiate and close it, the only thing we have to do is to wait. But waiting can wear you off... So you go on the Internet and try to distract yourself a little bit so you do not have to say one more word to the buyer or the seller. Because you know you have to wait it out. So what do you do, when you are anxious, when you don't know whether it is going to be a deal or no deal, you logon on to Active rain and you try to learn new selling tips, technology tips or juct hear from a good colleague: I love your company name Nest Quest. It all brings a smile to your face. It give you confidence to resume what you are doing.
