That is the kind of clue that shows your professionality.  When we had our commercial real estate practice, and a new listing came up--Ron and I would often call one of the agents we knew specialized in a particular tenant that would be ideal for the retail/office space we had available.  Same with buildings for sale.    And they did the same for us.  I cannot recall any contentious negotiations, it was always about making the deal happen.  And when the commission came, I would call them to come and get the check...as soon as the check cleared.  A

Isn't it great to leave transactions with cooperating agents that want to do business with you again?  

Dorie that is a good goal to have.  Transactions always go much smoother when the Listing Agent and Buyer's Agent cooperate with one another.

I like your thoughts on this, Dorie!  A transaction with a good cooperating agent is always prized!

Dorie, it is so nice when the listing agent has all the information for the Buyer's agent. I love it when I receive the Seller disclosures, the insurance claims, the receipts for repairs, the HOA docs, without asking for them after the contract has been signed.
