Corona del Mar Home Values 2/24/2019
This weeks report on home values for Corona del Mar and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a Corona del Mar Realtor Tim Lorenz. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were 1.9 percent, new homes are up 22.1 percent and resale condos are down 5.0 percent. The sales volume is down for resale homes 18.9 percent, down 25.2 percent on condos and down 55.9 percent for new homes.
Corona del Mar Zip Code 92625 sales prices are down 14.6 percent and the sales volume is down 50.0 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are down 11.3 percent and the sales volume is down 34.9 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are up 7.7 percent and the sales volume is down 47.0 percent.
Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are up 15.1 and the sales volume is down 36.2 percent.
Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices up 3.7 percent and the sales volume is down 21.5 percent.
Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are up 11.2 percent and the sales volume down 8.7 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 19.3 percent and the sales volume is down 15.8 percent.
This week we are seeing a bit of a change with in most cases higher prices. We also need to note that it is the time when volume is or should be begining to edge up week over week.
