2018 Palos Verdes homes sales for Malaga Cove neighborhood decreased to 19 single family homes sold compared to 25 in 2017. Price per square foot for Malaga Cove houses that sold in 2018 increased to $860 compared from $734 in 2017, a 17.1% increase. Average sales price for Malaga Cove homes sold in 2018 was $2,960,533 compared to $2,173,720 in 2017. The most expensive home sold for $9,250,000 and the lowest priced home sold for $1,488,000.
Currently, Malaga Cove has 13 active Palos Verdes homes for sale. There are 12 single family homes ranging in price from $1,699,000 for a 3 bedroom/2 bath, 2,239 square foot home, to $8,999,000 for a 7 bedroom/9 bath, 7,826 square foot home. There is 1 condo/townhome for sale at $739,000 for a 2 bedroom/3 bath, 1,540 square foot condo/townhome.
