This is something that is good for everyone.
I have decided to be the spokesperson for Second Chance announcing on my radio show each week when talking to someone who is moving, right-sizing, or remodeling...suggesting they donate to Second Chance. They can also purchase everything for their new home at the same time.
Share this wonderful place with buyers and sellers.
Second Chance is a 501(c) nonprofit that gives a second chance to materials, people and the environment.
Instead of demolition, this wonderful company deconstructs homes and buildings... salvaging the usable items.
The items are made available, to the public, in 200,000 square feet of retail space.

The reclaimed materials along with other donated items are offered at a discount. Each piece has a price and dates with future reductions.
These revenues then give "green-collar jobs" to those that face obstacles to employment.
Second Chance believes people matter more than profits.
Located near the stadiums at 1700 Ridgely Street 21230
Second Chance is open 7 days a week and the inventory is constantly changing.
