Minnesota Referrals

Good morning  and hello there again from BEAUTIFUL Minneapolis Minnesota where we just finished our latest snow storm and getting 6 ng 6 inches of snow yesterday.  In February, set a all time record for snow amount and # 5 all time for the month. Lots of snow!   I guess I can say, I am ready for spring.  Another month has passed for 2019.  The weather has definitely affected the market in Minneapolis, MN.   New listings have decrease 17.9% from last year.  So still a shortage of inventory.  How about your market?  What is the trend now?  Still a sellers market with lack of inventory?  When you have clients thinking Minnesota-please allow Team Ramey to put my over 25 years of real estate experience to work for them...AND on closing, receive a 33.3% referral chk.  Take care and have an awesome weekend!
