Full disclosure, I did not attend the Lyon real estate awards for 2018 because they were held on March 1, 2019, and I am still in Hawaii, on my winter vacation. Every year, I stay a little bit longer in Hawaii. It started with a two week vacation one winter. Following year it was 3 weeks. Year after that, a month. And after I don't know how many trips it's up to 3 1/2 months. I just keep stretching it out to match the rhythm of the real estate market.
And the rhythm of the Sacramento real estate market this year told me I could stay in Hawaii from November to March and would not miss much. Well, except for picking up my award for Top 1% of all agents at Lyon Real Estate. We only have about 1,000 agents, so you can do the math. I should mention I tend to consistently rank in the top 1%, regardless of where I am physically located in the world.
My understanding is an agent from Cameron Park, an agent from Roseville and an agent from Davis are in the top three agents, which being #4 in ranking means I am the top Sacramento agent! I don't know if that's ever happened. But when you get old enough, I guess, anything is bound to happen.
There is more in my personal blog today at this link: Elizabeth Weintraub Top 1% Agent for 2018.
