Farmboy and Tap Truck AZ are a good reason! They will join forces for an Arizona craft beerfest & pig roast at Grace Farms in south Chandler at 5:30 p.m. Sunday, March 24.
Why Live & Buy In Chandler? One great reason is the four-course menu from Farmboy chef Dennis Bagnasco, prepared using wood fire and smoke, will feature locally sourced meats, cheeses, grains, and produce to mention just a few.
Local Beer pairings will be from Beer Research Institute in Mesa.
- Reception: House-made smoked sausage and bratwurst with pickled veggies, caramel mustard, spicy mustard, and crostini. Appetizer course will be paired with BRI Dope IPA and Lolli Belgian Blonde.
- Salad: Family-style Sonoran salad with produce from True Garden and Crooked Sky Farms in Phoenix. Salad course will be paired with Vamonos Mexican Lager.
- Entree: Pulled pecan-smoked whole hog, house-made Barbecue sauce, smoked mac ’n’ cheese, spicy mac ’n’ cheese, chicharrones, heritage-grain long-fermentation sourdough rolls. Entree course will be paired with Top Secret Battle Monkey DIPA.
- Dessert: Bread pudding with berries and beer-infused whipped cream. Dessert course will be paired with Morning Sex Milk Stout.
