We are in the Wild West, none of that "Spring Forward" and "Falling Back" nonsense for us sensible westerners. We do what is right! Not what others tell us to do.
When the sun goes up....it goes up and when it goes down....it goes down! There is nothing more to do that that.
We do not need a man made clock to tell us when the day starts. Life was simpler in the old days of Wyatt Earp, Doc Holiday, Geronimo, Cochise, Pat Garret and Billy the Kid.

In Arizona we do not need a clock to tell us when day is done, no changing of our clocks in the Grand Canyon State. When the sun sets over a desert vista with sahuaro and mountains, the day is done.
Day is done, gone the sun,
From the lake, from the hills, from the sky;
All is well, safely rest,
God is nigh.
Any way Eastern folks are always trying the new things.
For me and my family we will watch the sun set and not our wrist watches to know when the day is done.
Arizona...the state where we let nature rule. We do not change our clocks!
