Crister Avenue is one of those coveted streets near our famous Bidwell Park- people love to live near it for easy access to the extensive walking/running paths, the playgrounds, and the One Mile swim area. The sellers have done an incredible amount of work, so I hope it goes quickly for them!

The owners did an amazing job with this project. 5 months ago it was a dirty, smelly, very BLUE foreclosure.
