No one likes to make mistake, but heck, we're all human and it happens. Whether it is a personal or a professional error no good ever comes from unresolved mistakes. Some folks just let it go but my view is, if you make a mistake, screw up or hurt someones feelings the right thing to do is simply apologize and move on. I know that's what I do because that is what I like to happen when I am given bad information or hurt by something or someone.

I agree! I have apologized to clients before, over some oversight or perhaps misunderstood communication. Some people think NOTHING is ever their fault--ugh.
