In this market, testimonials from past clients play an important role in building confidence of future clients.

Most of us have received notes after a closing from clients praising our skills and professionalism. Add those notes to your website. Suggestion: keep them short. Every note you've ever received has one or two great lines. Add them to your site. Include the clients name to add credibility.

It's a good idea to call the client to let them know you would like to add their comments to your website. They will definitely say yes. It's also a good way to touch base with your clients.

That's my tip for the day.
