What are stock trading newsletters?

By

I have spent a lot of time trying out different stock trading newsletters. What are trading newsletters? They are simply subscription services where you pay to get access to stock tips, educational material and real-time buy/sell alerts for different stocks.

These types of services can be extremely helpful if you are new to stock trading or if you just have limited time to find your own stocks to trade.

Who runs stock trading newsletters?

Usually the people who start and run a stock trading newsletter are successful stock traders that have perfected a particular trading strategy. If you are an experienced trader and have consistently performed well, a new business opportunity becomes quite obvious - teach other people how to become a profitable trader like you.

If the stock trading 'guru' manages to get a good following and some happy paying subscribers then it is possible to build a very lucrative business teaching other traders how they find and trade stocks.

Basically, a stock trading newsletter will not survive long unless the first few paying customers actually like it and spread the word. They need to be given profitable stock alerts or they will leave and it is unlikely that the newsletter will grow and become a success.

If you are looking for a stock picking newsletter service, pick one that has been been around for a few years and that has a good base of subscribers. This proven track record is vital for weeding out scam artists!

Here are a few swing trading newsletter reviews that you might be interested in checking out.

Unfortunately, many scam artists will try to take your money by claiming to be a successful trader. The swing trading newsletters above are all reputable and verified services that have been around for many years.

I know it is easy to think that all the people that run these stock trading newsletters are likely just lying and not actually performing the trades they say that they are. But there ARE some great ones out there!

The stock guru that runs the newsletter wants to make money trading and wants subscribers to make money from his alerts. If he does a good job and picks stocks that make them both money, then his service will grow rapidly.

What does a trading newsletter give you ?

The owner of the stock trading newsletter does all the research to find stocks that he thinks will move up in price.

Then when he purchases a stock he will send out an email or text alert to his subscribers stating what stock he bought and at what price. The problem for new subscribers is that they often become impatient and buy the stock after the alert at whatever price that it currently is at. Huge mistake! I always try to wait for the stock price to fall back down to the price that the guru bought it for.

Often the stock trading guru will send out a watch list of stocks that he will be watching for the day, complete with some explanations why. My favorite services (Raging Bull stock trading review) that send out early morning watch lists have helped to make me many thousands of dollars.

Who are stock trading newsletters for?

Well, anyone can benefit. The majority of people that use them are people that still have full-time jobs. The services help them to be able to trade part-time and make some extra money while not spending too much time finding stocks and watching the stock market non-stop.

Conclusions

Stock trading newsletter can be very helpful if you are interested in starting stock trading. They are a fantastic way to make a smooth transition into the world of trading without as much risk as you would face if you decided just to go it alone.
