Continuing Education: GCAAR Sales Contract by Mark Simon

 

Some of us who have attended continuing education classes for many years have seen more our share of poor instructors. I had a very positive experience of being a student observing an outstanding instructor presenting the GCAAR Sales Contract continuing education class at Village Settlements in Kentlands.

I highly recommend the classes taught by Mark Simon, a partner at Parker, Simon, Hahn & DeLisi, LLC and Village Settlements. The charming hostess for the event was Leslie Childs, the Executive Director of Marketing at Village Settlement, 301-556-4918. She is the person to contact for information on the spring classes. They always provide snacks and beverages for class attendees.

Mark Simon was a real estate broker before becoming an attorney many years ago. His experience assures smooth real estate settlements. Mark's direct number at Village Settlements is 301-556-4915.
