Lunch and Beer Sampling at Mad Fox Brewing Company, Falls Church, VA
It had been close to a year since we visited Mad Fox Brewing Company at their Falls Church, Virginia location. We decided to go there for lunch and beer tastings when we were in the area.
We ordered the Fig & Balsamic Blues Pizza. (garlic olive oil base | aged mozzarella | bleu cheese | bacon | rosemary | caramelized onion | dried figs | balsamic glaze). This was an excellent choice and we really enjoyed it. Click here to view the menu.

Bob's Your Uncle Barleywine
big & bold + barrel-aged · 9.5% ABV
A big English-style barleywine showcasing the best characteristics of each barleywine style. Aged in A. Smith Bowman Bourbon barrels.
Razor Burn Mexican Hot Chocolate Stout
roasty & smooth + spicy · 8.0% ABV
A sweet stout spiced with Ancho and Guajillo chillies, Ecuadorian cocoa nibs, vanilla & cinnamon.
Barrel Aged Wee Heavy Scotch Ale
roasty & rich + toffee + rye whiskey · 9.5% ABV
This full bodied Scotch Ale has a rich malt character and has been aged in Sagamore Rye Whiskey barrels.
