There are pine trees, mountain views, Colorado landscape and wildlife everywhere! What you won't find is any drive through fast food joints! Castle Rock is a short jaunt and can enjoy many different dining and shopping options! Driving around the area, it is not unusual to find herds of deer, and many residents out walking their dogs. Larkspur offers many properties on half acres to 70+ acres depending on your budget. You will even find a few homes built into a mountain!
You will find two Country Clubs in Larkspur - Bear Dance and Perry Park.
Perry Park
You will find Perry Park West of Highway 105 in Larkspur, nestled up against the foothills. The red rock formations are gorgeous, and offer a perfect back drop.
You will find homes on smaller lots, some on major acreage, and most are on 1 acre lots. You will see many new custom homes being built in the area also, with some lots for building available. The Country Club has a beautiful lake, and is stunning in the spring, summer and fall. It was pretty quiet when I took these photos yesterday.
Whether you want acreage or views, you will find homes nestled among the trees, or high on a hill with stunning views. There is home for everyone with many different upgrades and amenities!
