Happy Hour at Home Spring Cocktail: Sakura Martini

 

Chef Dolores was studying a list of new spring cocktails and decided to fix a special one for me. This is the recipe for her version of a Sakura Martini.

You can substitute the brands at your bar for your own versions. You are welcome to share your favorite martini recipe in the comments.

 

Sakura Martini

2.5 oz. Gekkeikan Sake from Folsom, California

1.0 oz. Copper and Oak Small Batch Gin from Portsmouth, Virginia

0.5 oz. Stock Marashino Liqueur fromTrieste, Italy
