On March 19, 2019, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values increased 4.4% to an average price of $369,900 in February of 2019 from an average price of $354,450 in January of 2019, and rose 5.7% from $350,000 in February of 2018. While, homes sales increased 3.3% in February of 2019, from January of 2019, but fell 10.1% from February of 2018 in Inland Empire, California.
There were 5.5 months supplies of available inventory of homes in February of 2019 down from 5.7 months in January of 2019, but gained from 4.7 months in February of 2018. An average it took 48.0 days to sell a single family home in February 2019, unchanged from 48.0 days in January of 2098, but jumped from 37.0 days in February of 2018 in Inland Empire, California.
