Continuing education.

Checking out the vendors and discovering something new.

Amazing food buffet.  It was Paleo friendly, slices of peppers, zucchini,  carrots.  And the desert table was excellent.  Is that why we eat veggies - for the reward?

Meeting fellow attendees and interacting. With a plate of food I randomly sat next to an appraiser and we had a lively discussion about valuing ADU's.

Practicing my Max skills -  no parking fees or traffic.

Meeting up with fellow Realtors that I haven't seen for a while.

Will I go next year?  Of course, don't want to miss the fun!
