According to veriwell mind, the health benefits are great and medically reviewed by a board certified physician. This mushroom is used in TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine). Reading the benefits made me wish I bought a couple of bags...there is always next week.
A friend we see regularly at the market, who loves to eat and cook was buying two bags. I asked him how he would cook them. He cuts them up and sautées them in butter, sea salt, and a bit of minced garlic. Here is a recipe with olive oil that also sounds delicious.
