Hard to believe today is April Fools Day! Its been a good week-end, a mixture of business and spending time with family and of course caring for Geno. I came to terms on repair items on a listing and showed property to some buyers. Son and family came over Sunday morning for a visit with Geno bringing breakfast tacos from Tacodeli and I made it to Beckett's soccer game! I've got a closing this morning on a listing in my hood so this week is off to a good start.
Did you know Neal Spelce (one of my go to economists on Austin) published his final edition of the "Neal Spelce Austin Letter" after 40 years! This last edition was number 2,000! I will miss his letter but look forward to a book he is working on "It's about a thing or two."
