The preparation for this one began months ago as any known issues were addressed, the home detailed, inside and out, and the already manicured landscape, manicured again! The stagers were called in and then the videographer & photographer...Lights, Camera, Action!
While the sellers were taking care of their part of the preparation, I was phoning agents who sell in the area, to let them know about this hot new listing that was soon to hit the market. As soon as the photos and video were complete, the marketing moved to a fast & furious pace and by the time the coming-soon home was ready to officially hit the market, we had buyers and their agents lined up!
Giving the sellers everything they wanted, the buyers with the strongest foot-forward won the race to buy this impeccable home. They are incredibly excited and I'm looking forward to a repeat transaction with the agent who is representing the buyer - we work well together and we both have fabulous clients so, this transaction is going to be one of those 'dream' transactions, I'm sure of it!
