Sound ADVICE From Albert Einstein

Home Stager with Empire Home Staging Solutions

There is a lot of inventory available in the real estate market today and real estate agents need to do their best to prepare their clients listings for sale!

Stay ahead of your competition!

Why put your listing up for sale if you are not fully prepared?  Using your local resources and hiring a home stager can be the best decision you'll ever make in real estate.  Find a reputable home stager that services your area and be sure to check out their references.  A professional home stager is able to give you and your clients the proper recommendations for preparing your home for the market!  A staged listing will not only show better than the competition, staged properties tend to get multiple offers and on occasion offers will even come in over the asking price! Agents, your staged listings will not only show better, they will help you make more money $$$!  And it doesn't take a genius to know that more sales means more commissions! For your clients it means a SOLD home!

Michelle, I agree wholeheartedly...home staging and price point are the two most important points to selling a house in the shortest amount of time for the highest amount.

Love the photo!

Here's what Albert Einstein will be doing to the competition once YOU use a Professional Home Stager, and your competition doesn't!

Just thought I'd add a little humior to your post - It doesn't ake a brilliant mind to know that:

Home + Staging = Results!

Fernando- Thanks for commenting!

Kat-Glad you know that staging makes the difference, do you stage all of your listings?

Gena-I agree with you, there is no better way to sell a home than by staging it and pricing it right!

Connie- Very funny! LOL!  I always have liked this picture of Einstein, it shows he had a crazy sense of humor! Thanks for adding it.

Michelle: I "haven't" been able to get a seller to stage, YET. But I think the times are changing and sellers are MORE aware now of what it takes.  I'll keep trying though...because I KNOW staging helps sell.  AND, I'll certainly recommend YOU, my friend.

Kat- Thanks for your nice comment! It's good to know that you would recommend my services when your clients are ready to stage.

Staging does help sell more homes than people realize, and on that mountain, I know there are a lot of homes that would benefit and sell faster if only they were STAGED!

Michelle, I wish I knew more about the Home Staging business. I live in a small rural area and sell out by the lake. I know we need to climb into this century but as far as I know the closest Home Stager is an hour plus away. Any advice?

Later in the rain~Deb

Cathy- Albert was ahead of his time! What a genius!

Deb- Thanks for your comment.  It's unfortunate that you do not have a home stager in your area, may I suggest that you look into training with stagedhomes.com. They offer staging courses just for realtors so that you are able to help you clients prepare their homes for sale. You also receive your ASP Realtor designation.  This will set you apart from other agents in your area.  You could be the first! It is a great and very thorough course.  If you look on the web site it can give you the next available training date in your local area.  Good luck, let me know if you decide to take the training.

Michelle, LOVE the picture!  Very clever!

Sellers really do need to make their home stand out from the crowd.  Sellers should also remember that they need to do this when they first put their home on the market, not once it has been on the market forever and the listing is stale.  The first few weeks of a listing are the most vital!

Pam- You are so right about staging prior to listing a property!  First impression is everything! You could lose a potential buyer, just from not having your house prepared and priced right. However, sometimes people haven't done so and are struggling to sell. So in those situations, if they ask for our help, we are more than happy to assist them in preparing their home for the market!  Thanks for your comment.

Terrylynn- Thanks for your comment! Yes, sometimes things can get a little NUTS, that's just when you need to take time for yourself.  That is the beauty about this business, is that you can be as flexible with your hours as you want to be!

Kym- Your funny! Glad to have brought a smile to your face, thanks for stopping by!
