Conducting an orchestra is about coordination and control. Making sure the violins sweetly and softly come in right after the big booming drums and trumpets belt out a masterful crescendo. Having an awesome closing swell and finale. Well this is the same as in real estate bringing the buyer and seller together at the right time, brining in the inspector, lender, appraiser, escrow company all at the right interludes. Keeping the flow of contracts and disclosures on track to close and the big finish...the close and keys are delivered! A real estate transaction is very similar tohe big concert orchestra led by the conductor.
