A Closing But No TOO LATE Sign

Today was a little different. There was a very smooth closing but there was not 

MY USUAL TOO LATE SIGN.

There are two reasons.

Number one, it is a condo so no signage allowed. Number two, it was not my listing and I was working for the buyer.

As a lisitng Broker/Realtor® it is a change to put on that other hat and be a  true buyer's agent. 

It is so important to know who you are working for.

These very special buyers  were previous sellers.

Liked the role reversal.
