This guy puts the "P" in Plumber

Recently I had a plumbing issue at one of my rental properties. The tenant informed me that man peeingthere was a leak in the front yard. I called my plumber, the ones that I have used for several years to address the problem.

Turns out, the burst pipe in the ground wasn't the only thing leaking that day. That afternoon I received a video from my tenant. He has a Ring doorbell that records activity in front of the property. The video clearly shows this guy doing his "business" right there in front of the door and in broad daylight!

To say I was surprised by this development would be an understatement. I was equally surprised by the reaction of the manager when I called and told him about this leaky situation. He apologized but acted like it was no big deal. Guess it happens all the time?!?! 🤬

I wrote a letter to the owners of the company and let them know that I did not appreciate the lack of respect their plumber showed towards myself, my property and mostly my tenant. I never received a reply. Now I'M a little PISSED.

Needless to say, I will no longer be using this particular plumbing company. Also, I probably won't be able to hear their company name again without thinking, gee those guys really put the "P" in Plumber! 🤦‍♂️

And here I thought you were about to give a shout-out for good service, Jeffrey. In your shoes, I'd have been pretty ticked off as well.

Hi Jeff,
First of all, I can't believe that happened and second of all I'm apalled at the manager's response.  It IS totally unacceptable!

I live at the end of a cul-de-sac.  Some would say that's a desirable location, and I would have before I moved here.  I can't tell you how many workman will come down to the end of the cul-de-sac, run into the woods and relieve themselves.  It's nasty.   Takes a whole different set of cahones to relieve yourself in the garden beside the home.

You know, I understand if you have a problem and it's an absolute emergency, there may be a time when you have to relieve yourself on the side of someone's house...WHEN YOU'RE DRUNK! Also, it is worth noting that there is a large, active construction project across the street from this townhouse. Why oh why could he not have just gone across the street, I ask!
