Facebook is working on so many futurist ideas it would blow your minds. They are working with cameras and microphones in Reality labs to create new technology of an AI system with building lifelike avatars. really cool stuff. It is way beyond my comprehension how about yours?

Learned a few tricks and tips in the last few months using Facebook- As some of you who follow me know I write movie reviews on Active Rain and many of you enjoy them. Lightning Bolt idea thought let me try a Facebook Ad to attract more people to my page sure enough it worked. using Facebook analytics to check results it reached over 1,300 local people and 47 people clicked onto my page. and I received 8 new subscribers. - cost $20 and ran 14 days - it was about Rami Malik who just won the Oscar the movie was called "Papillion'
You may not think that is great but I was not receiving many new local followers except Realtors and these were all local people in my area now reaching more people with paid Market Reports with slide shows and other local information
Next, I tried my Market Local Neighborhood Market Reports complete with a slide show video of pictures of the area reached 2800 local people -views 1544 of the slide show view of the video pretty good if you ask me. My page receive 390 clicks -The ad cost was $20 and ran for 14 days where can you advertise for that price?
Ran a few more similar ads and am receiving more clicks and followers. Of course, this is to my Business page, not my Personal Page. Tried these Ads since February including one of my Featured posts you may have read: How to Make A Final And Best Offer The total for all these ads which I believe were six in all was $110 and I received many new local readers to my business site. In my humble opinion was money well spent
Did I forget to mention some people did comment and I was able to interact
Others instant messaged me rather than comment directly on the page
Then I invited each person to follow my page
Most important was contacted by a former client whom I just finished a long conversation with on the phone about listing
Facebook can be a wonderful marketing tool while also being a Social Media Network if used correctly. Facebook offers inexpensive marketing and advertising tools I am still learning how to use all these features. They are working every day to make Facebook better.
Facebook is FREE there are some really interesting ways to make use of their ads.
