New Company Web Site Example

By
Services for Real Estate Pros

Here is a new company site that has gone way overboard on extra IDX driven features.

Check out the new www.CanyonsideIrwinRealty.com company website that features 7 local offices and over 110 agents in Southern Idaho.

Hi Brian - Sure looks like quite a bit of information on the main page

R. B. "Bob" Mitchell - Loan Officer Raleigh/Durham
Bank of England (NMLS#418481) - Raleigh, NC
Bob Mitchell (NMLS#1046286)

It does seem kind of busy.....what's your opinion on having that much information on the first page?

You have to keep people coming back and give them a reason to come back.

This site has grown in the search engines in the keyword positions that it needs to be, with top 10 positioning in major search engines in only months.  Not an easy task.

Single click access to quick searches gets the customer to the properties they want in seconds.

Featured new listings on home page so they don't have to go any further.

Just listed section that gets unbelievable traffic

Community videos is going nuts with many page views a day.

This site will have the same links in search engines that the other company site has.

Do a google search and take a look at what "twin falls real estate" brings you.

Notice the quick links and preferred status by google?  Does your site have this in the best possible keyword in your area.

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=twin+falls+real+estate

Number one search engine ranking with extras because google loves my work.  This isn't a fluke.  I have others in the same positions.

Here is another site I do for another company.  Search for "magic valley real estate" the other major search term for this area

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=magic+valley+real+estate

This is why you want content on your home page.

Hope that explains things a bit clearer for you.  And I have detailed reports on traffic and the number of pages indexed in each search engine and a comparison of the competition with hard proof that content is king.

You want the google juice.  Give them updated current quality content daily on your home page and you will hit a home run.

With marketing, support, new content, and the right programming behind your site.  Rankings can be attained.

Let's compare no content on home page VS Content on home page.

www.Gemstaterealty.com is a local company site.  Nice but no content. 10 year old site

It has 51 pages indexed in google, 25 in ask.com, 50 in yahoo, 44 in msn

www.canyonsideirwinrealty.com  New site only a few months old has

5,660 in google, 1 in ask, 2,950 in yahoo, and 1 in msn.

Prudential local company site.  only has 736 in google and 877 in yahoo. and it is powered by yahoo.

Content on the home page makes a difference. I have many other sites I do that show the same comparison to sites I don't do.
