San Bernardino County, California Homes Sales & Values Report February 2019

On March 19, 2019, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values increased 2.8% to the price of $298,000 in February of 2019 from price of $290,000 in January of 2019, and gained 7.3% from price of $278,000 in February of 2018, While, homes sales declined 5.6% in February of 2019 from in January of 2019, and decreased 14.1% from February of 2018 in San Bernardino County, California.

There were 5.4 months supplies of available inventory of homes in February of 2019 up from 5.2 months January of 2019, and rose from 4.6 months in February of 2018. On average it took 56.0 days to sell a home in February 2019, gained from 45.0 days in January of 2019, and higher from 39.0 days in February of 2018 in San Bernardino County, California.
