I would like to mention our team first so you will know everyone who may be blogging. We currently have 4 members of the Jim Mills Team with Carolina One Real Estate. Our office is located in the Crowfield Plantation subdivision in Goose Creek of Berkeley County. Our Team Leader is Jim Mills. He has 22 years of experience in sales and marketing. Jim started in Real Estate in November of 1999 and through the years we have increased in size. I am Debra Heiney, the lead Buyer's Agent and joined Jim in April of 2000. Over the years we have had several team coordinators, but our current team coordinator is Diane Law who joined the team in April 2005. She also holds her real estate license and keeps everything in check. Diane mostly works in the office from 8:30 until 5:30, but can show and list property if she desires. Our newest buyer's agent is Tami Gordon. She joined the team in May of 2006 and has been working buyers and listings the last 2 years.
For those of you who new us before May of 2008, we were with Prudential Carolina Real Estate. We have just recently changed names but we guarantee you that it is still the same great company, just a new name.
