There will be a Home and Garden Expo coming up to the Eastridge Rec Center two Sundays from now, 4/14/19 from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Everything you need for your home, inside and out will be on display throughout the major floors of the gym. In Highlands Ranch property management, we have many opportunities to attend events like this, which will be beneficial to our tenants who need these items as the spring season comes. We have a lot of turnover in the spring, as it is the lead in to the summer rental cycle. We have many leases end and begin at the end and beginning of March and April. This means that there will be plenty of tenants getting settled and unpacked as the weather warms and plants and lawns begin to green. Enter the Home and Garden Expo. You will be able to explore many options available to you right here in Highlands Ranch as various suppliers showcase their services and products all in one place! This event is free and open to the public. There will be great prizes, giveaways and demonstrations. There is still time to become an exhibitor as there are a few stalls left.
