Well most of you know Holly was not that thrilled in becoming a Real Estate Assistant... She felt it was way too much work and way over rated for the benefits. Needless to say with a great deal of coaxing, she warmed up to the idea and we went for a pre-listing drive. The intent was to determine what the value of a vacant lot would be and how easy or how hard it would be to sell. So off we went to Mt. Washington to look at this vacant lot. If you are wondering Mt Washington is part of Los Angeles and it has become very hip cool and trendy.
I might call it the last frontier of affordable housing in Los Angeles. Well check out the picture above and you will note she is checking out the land from a safe distance!
Clearly we are not there yet but progress is being made. I need to post the picture after we finished working and we are heading home! Quite different from this one.
