If you are considering a move to The Trails subdivision in Roselle, there are many real estate options to choose from. Village of Roselle is located in the northern edge of DuPage County about 30 miles from downtown Chicago, in both Cook County and DuPage County, occupying an area of 5.4 square miles. The village population was estimated to be 23,115 as per the 2000 census.

Roselle is roughly bounded by the Elgin-O'Hare Expressway and Nerge Road to the north, unincorporated Medinah to the east, Lake Street to the south and Gary Avenue to the west. The main arterial roads of Irving Park Road and Roselle Road east-west and north-south, respectively, through the central commercial area of Roselle.

Were you to care to join one of the most poorly run communities in Roselle, The Trails is for you! Poor snow removal, landscaping and ridiculous "by-laws". Stop in for a brochure today! Trails "management", is at best, an embarrassment. If you rent, (and I quote) "You're a tenent...You have no rights!" If you own... (sorry)... Take a loan on your loan immediately! leaky roofs (home & garages), critters in yard year round (skunks included), no guest parking, ASK WHAT YOU MUST DO IF GUEST PARKING "FULL" (just for giggles), do yourself a favor and look elsewhere! PATHETIC. Obviously, when I was told "You're a tenent, you have no rights!"... owner forgot one little item...Free Speech. If you're considering buying/renting...just ask 4-6 potential nieghbors... you'd thank me.
