During the month of May, 2008 there were 25 new residential listings in and around the Black Hawk and Piedmont area compared to 25 in April. The total # of homes for sale is 116 compared to 101 in April. 13 homes have sold or are under contract compared to 16 in May. Avg. price of a single family home in the Black Hills is $187,937, up from $186,684 in April, with an average of 76 days on the market which is down from 80 days in April. Sellers have been receiving 98.04% of their asking price which is up from 96.98% in April.
