Ever heard the saying, you are what you eat? Well, the same applies to our way of thinking.

So true! A Jack Canfield 7-day seminar got me started on the visualize and affirm path.. otherwise, I would still be in Hilo, HI working as a controller and being 'less than enthused' about it! Positive thinking is a blessing. I will get off sugar... I will get off sugar... I will get off sugar!
