So Here We Are.......

So Here We Are.......

We are at the mid point of the year.  Do you mind if I ask you a question?  Thank you.  How are you doing for the first half of the year?  Are you on track to achieve your goals or are you running behind?  What if you are exceeding your plan are you going to slow down or are you speeding up and enjoying the ride?

I have noticed over the few short years that I have been in real estate that there are those agents that will slow down when they are ahead of their goal/plan, even stop for the year.  My thought is that in the last quarter we need to be thinking about the new year and, if we slow down then where will the business come from in the first quarter of the new year?

If you are not on track to meet your goal/plan for the year have you a backup plan in place or have you adjusted you plan?  This is not the time to get discouraged just the opposite it is time to sit down with your broker or office trainer or your mentor and take a serious look at what is NOT working and get rid of it and put something else in its place or push harder on the items that are working for you.

Let me cheer you on to a successful last half of the year and a GREAT 2008 year end total.

So here we are........

Don...

I am way behind from last year. I am busier than ever, but having a hard time getting to the closing table. There are just too many opportunities out there for buyers, tyhat they can't make up their minds.

Awsome verses last year, May was off. We have to be able to adapt to change. Education on "short sales" as well lease purchase and setting seller expections is the key.

Good evening Robert,

I think that the education on short sales would be GREAT.  I would also like to get some education in this area of our business.

Hi Don, I just keep plugging away!  My worst fault is scheduling my activities. (besides spending too much time on AR)
