To get a bird's eye view of a property, you can use Google Earth.  There is a short download that is free in order to use this service but I feel it is worth the memory space.  I create booklets for each home to be available at all showings.  The bird's eye view is a fun way for any buyer to view the property.

Vickie, I have used google earth but not for real estate purposes.  Amazing how you can locate just about anything, anywhere!
