Deer Valley Condos for Sale:
If you are searching for a ski condo you will most likely want to be in the Deer Valley, Old Town or The Canyons Village areas. Deer Valley offers a large selection of condos in Lower Deer Valley, Upper Deer Valley, Empire Pass, and Deer Crest. If you are in need of a turn-key luxury condo in Deer Valley I would suggest St. Regis, The Montage, Stein Eriksen Residences, or One Empire Pass. If you are searching for light amenities then Ridge Point may be a nice fit with the ski accessibility or Deer Lake Village for the peacefulness and views. There are approximately 100 subdivisions within Deer Valley and some condos are large enough that they start to feel like a single-family home. Old Town Condos for Sale:
Old Town condos offer the charm of the old Park City with great access to Main St. and walkability to restaurants. Old Town starts at Thaynes Canyon's Drive and runs all the way to the area past the roundabout on your way up to Deer Valley. Ski access in Old Town can either be via the Town Lift or by Park City Mountain Resort. The development in Old Town is pretty much complete with the exception of the new development of Kings Crown.

The Canyons Village Condos for Sale:
The Canyons offers a unique set of circumstances with Vail acquiring the resort a few years back it became the largest ski resort in North America. Owners like to jump on the bus in the morning and head up to Park City Mountain Resort and ski back to their condo at The Canyons Village. This area offers the largest selection of newly built condos in Park City and an item to note is there typically is a 2% transfer fee on all newer condos that is normally paid by the buyer. If you're looking for a luxury condo in The Canyons Village the Lift Condominiums and Apex are both great choices. There are also new condos in Fairway Village and Frostwood that will allow you to be close to the ski resort and a little off the beaten path.

Great Areas in Park City to Own a Condo:
If you're looking to move to Park City full time or to own a condo in Park City and skiing isn't the number one priority there are other great options. The condos in Aerie are April Mountain and Overlook which will provide great views of Park City and will allow you the ability to be very close to Old Town. One of the favorite areas for long time visitors of Park City is the Park Meadows area. Park Meadows offers you the ability to relax near a golf course and soak up the summer beauty of Park City. Kimball Junction has been a great spot for weekend warriors who want the Park City life but would still like to be near easy access to Salt Lake City and the airport. Jeremy Ranch and Pinebrook are areas more focused on the full-time residences that still may have ties to Park City and allow for easy commutes. Lastly, if you're looking for condos with long views of a lake and ski resort take a peek at the condo listings in the Jordanelle area. Old Town Park City:
Old Town is one of the most established areas of Park City and King's Crown will be the last ski-in-ski-out development in Old Town. There are not many units left in Roundabout which is located just past the roundabout on the way to Lower Deer Valley.

Deer Valley and Empire Pass:
All four of the developments below provide ski-in-ski-out access to Deer Valley Resort. Empire Residences and One Empire Pass are in Empire Pass and Goldener Hirsch and Stein Eriksen Residences are in Upper Deer Valley. There are currently no new developments in Lower Deer Valley or Deer Crest but the St. Regis will soon be developing a new parcel in Lower Deer Valley.

The Canyon's Village:
The Canyon's Village is the most active area of Park City for newly built condos. Apex Residences and Lift Condominiums provide a ski-in-ski-out experience while the others are in the resort area and are either a short walk or the HOA provides a shuttle to the resorts.

Newly Built Condos in The Jordanelle Area:
The Jordanelle area is the next great expansion area for Park City. Over the next twenty years, Deer Valley and Extell Development will provide additional ski runs and an area that will be similar to the size of the heart of the Canyon's village. This new area is being referred to as The Mayflower and will provide easy ski access for properties in the Jordanelle area and recreational access of the Jordanelle Reservoir.
