This isn't really a festival, but there is such a marvelous range of one-stop-letting-go options I'm in awe of the level of coordination and dedication this involved. The Edgewood Police deserve to be very proud of this work.

I know, I know, the bridge has NOTHING to do with a recycling festival. Except it does - pay close attention to the photo. It's on dry land, near Milton. The Washington State Department of Transportation hopes to sell it whole.
