Celebrate Fairfax! Festival
June 6th - 8th, 2008

Northern Virginia's largest community-wide celebration, arrives June 6-8, 2008 to the Fairfax County Government Center. Presented by Celebrate Fairfax, Inc, the annual festival hosts tens of thousands of visitors during the three-day run.
The 25-acre site is magically filled with fascinating sights and sounds as more than 400 exhibitors, food vendors, crafters and interactive activities are included in the annual celebration. Celebrate Fairfax! showcases live concerts on seven stages, an interactive SciTech Center and ExxonMobil Children's Avenue, the Virginia Lottery Laser Spectactular, Petting Zoo, X-Treme Zone, great festival foods, and the award winning County Expo program. Nightly fireworks, presented by SAIC, are a highlight of the festival, and one of many great family programs. Another great activity for kids is the Inova Train Ride to Good Health, located in County Expo. The Bud Light Main Stage features top headline performers including OK Go, Bowling for Soup, Joan Jett and the Blackhearts, and Emerson Drive!

A recipient of one of the International Festivals and Events Association's top honors, Celebrate Fairfax was named a Bronze Pinnacle Award winner in 2005 for its long-time quality and success. The festival was also a 2006 honoree as one of the Top 20 events in the Southeastern United States.
