Aloha Sally K. & David L. Hanson, with pricing leveling and inventory up it gives buyers more breathing room. However, some neighborhoods continue to have heavy interest with homes moving quickly. Overall, I think buyers are less pressured and have a little more time to find what they are looking for, which is welcomed.
