On April 16, 2019, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values up 0.5% to the price of $4120,000 in March of 2019 from price of $410,000 in February of 2019, and gained 3.5% from price of $398,000 in March of 2018, While, homes sales jumped 32.7% in March of 2019 from in February of 2019, but decreased 9.3% from March of 2018 in Riverside County, California.
There were 4.3 months supplies of available inventory of homes in March of 2019 down from 5.6 months February of 2019, but rose from 3.6 months in March of 2018. On average it took 44.0 days to sell a home in March 2019, lower from 45.0 days in February of 2019, but higher from 28.0 days in March of 2018 in Riverside County, California.
